Meet Joanne
Although I've worked in Information Technology for over 30 years, my teenage passion for the health sciences was rekindled when my daughter experienced some health concerns. This led me to a lot of research into health solutions and eventually to pursue a career in nutrition. As an avid athlete and volleyball coach, I decided to combine my interests and apply a "coaching" philosophy to my nutrition practice.
Nutrition Coaching
I strongly believe in the healing power of food so my practice has a focus on nutrition education. I enjoy working with individuals, teaching group workshops and presenting at corporate events.
Recipes & Tips
Oil tip: oil is very sensitive to heat and light. If your butter or oil starts smoking in the frying pan, it's now toxic so wipe it off, turn the heat down and start over.
