We've all heard stress described as a "silent killer" but do we really understand its impact on our health? Join this presentation to learn the various sources of stress, its impact on the body, what adrenal fatigue is, and the foods, supplements and lifestyle habits that can minimize our stress. This presentation will be delivered in English and questions can be asked in French. The virtual link will be sent to participants within 24 hours of the workshop.
